I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Arpino's office and staff. After getting several run arounds in the city by other orthodontists, I gave up. I knew I needed braces though (at 46 years old 😫). One evening, I met somebody and this topic came up. They recommended Dr. Arpino to me and said he was really great. Dr. Arpino was about a good 45 to 50 minute drive from me. However, I went to get the consultation. Everybody there was so nice! Dr. Arpino told me the process and gave me a time frame as well. I felt really comfortable and didn't feel like I was being screwed around at all like before.
I made my first appointment and there was no nonsense. I just loved that. Dr. Arpino was always straight to the point and did what he said he was going to do. He and his office staff were always professional. I have a crazy schedule, along with not being that close by, but they always worked with me and made it work out for all of my appointments at a time that was very convenient for me. If I had to call during business hours, there was never a recording, only a receptionist answering the phone right away. That's so uncommon these days!
The doctor's assistants who worked on my braces every 6 weeks were gentle and would remember whatever I told them last time about vacations or things I was doing. I found that thoughtful and personal. Also, I wanted the clear brackets and they gave them to me. I wanted pink bands and got them. (That was a prior issue I had at the other orthodontists as well- being told one thing and then at the last minute something else was the plan. ) Dr. Arpino was right in the time frame he originally gave me for removal and I was really happy about that. He made everything go smoothly. Going to that office never felt like I was going to a doctor's office! I was treated nicely every time and all the staff were polite.
I had a really great experience (including loving the final result of my teeth! ) and I would definitely recommend Dr. Arpino (and his staff) to anybody looking for or needing braces.

Great experience! All the staff was super friendly and the quality of care was amazing. From the moment I got my braces to my most recent visit for my permanent retainer, I have never been disappointed Arpino Orthodontics.

Dr. Arpino and his team were nice enough to fit me in for a next day appointment when I broke my permanent retainer after 10 years. He removed the broken retainer and polished up my teeth in no time at all. Would 10/10 recommend for retainer repairs or removal.
